How do I know that my order has been successful and will be shipped out?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation from us as soon as you have successfully placed your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the package has been handed to the carrier for delivery. If you do not see the email, please check your junk/spam mailbox or the social/promotions tabs, as it might have gone there.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Purchased goods will be ready for mailing in 24-48 hours (1-2 business days). As the postal delivery speed varies greatly from one country to another, and as all our products are mailed direct from France, the timing varies. As a general rule of thumb, you can expect the following shipping times for your order:
France: 2-4 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
US and Overseas: 1-2 weeks
I am from the US – will I have to pay customs or import charges?
Our shipping costs do not include additional charges that can possibly apply. In Europe (EU) you should not be charged any additional fees. It is not in our power to tell you the price of the possible customs charges in other countries as it can vary according to each country or region.
My kid decided to order Scrollino for the pet turtle. How do I cancel/change the order?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel or change the order. We do have a 1-2 business day processing time, but the sooner you let us know by contacting email@example.com, the more likely it is that we can cancel the order. If we have already shipped the order, then we will work with you to resolve the matter.
We have a design gift shop, how can we order Scrollino?
